🔧 Job Opportunity: Design & Build Mechanical Estimator
📍 Office-based (with limited hybrid flexibility) | 💼 £35,000 - £60,000 (DOE) | 🚗 Car or Car Allowance AvailableWe're looking for a Mechanical Estimator with Design & Build (D&B) experience to join our expanding team. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across the commercial, education, healthcare, and leisure sectors.

🔧 About the Role:
You'll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for mechanical building services projects. Working closely with our pre-construction and delivery teams, you'll play a key role in helping us win and deliver high-quality D&B projects across a diverse range of sectors.
🕒 Working Hours & Package:
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (with flexibility where needed)
- Holiday entitlement: 25 days + bank holidays
- Pension: 5% employee contribution / 3% employer contribution
- Car or car allowance
- Office-based, with the possibility of limited hybrid working
- Salary: £35,000 - £60,000, depending on experience and ability
✅ What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Mechanical Estimator, ideally within Design & Build projects
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Sector experience in commercial, education, healthcare, or leisure projects
- Skilled in estimating software and Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness
