Demolition Operative
Location: Sheffield, S61 2DW
Job Type: Full-time
Rate: Competitive - dependent on experienceWe are currently looking for an experienced Demolition Operative to join our team on an upcoming project in Sheffield.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious and experienced within demolition and/or strip-out environments.
Essential RequirementsDuties
- Proven experience as a Demolition Operative
- Oxy/Propane Cutting experience
- Valid Working at Height ticket
- Valid MEWP ticket
- Asbestos Awareness certificate
- Must be a Non-Smoker
- Good understanding of site health & safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- General demolition and site clearance duties
- Oxy/propane cutting of materials as required
- Operating MEWPs safely and efficiently
- Working safely at height
- Assisting with dismantling and removal of structures/materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Following all site safety procedures and instructions
