Contracts Manager - Fit Out
Sheffield
£50k-£55k + Package
Are you a Contracts Manager looking for a fresh challenge?
Do you have experience delivering commercial fit-out projects?
TS Recruitment are working with a specialist commercial interiors contractor looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial fit-out projects across Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire.

Responsibilities
- Attend project handover meetings and manage delivery from start to finish
- Write and manage site programmes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality
- Manage labour, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Ensure H&S compliance across all sites
- Work closely with the commercial team and QS on variations and cost control
- Oversee 4-5 live projects valued from £25k-£2m
- Report directly to the Managing Director

- Specialist commercial interior fit-out contractor
- Projects ranging from £25k-£2m
- Work includes schools, offices, and local authority projects
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of internal trades
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
- Minimum 5 years' management experience
- Good IT and reporting skills
- Full UK driving licence
