Job Opportunity: Commercial Plumbers - Essex / Suffolk Region
We are currently seeking experienced Commercial Plumbers to join our team on multiple live sites across the Essex and Suffolk area, including Maldon, North Weald, and Chelmsford.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals looking for immediate work, with the possibility of ongoing projects or permanent positions for the right candidates.
Role Details:
Position: Commercial Plumber
Location: Various sites across Essex and Suffolk (including Maldon, North Weald, Chelmsford)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Minimum of 2 months, with potential to extend
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
Site Type: Commercial buildings (new build or refurbishment)
Rate: £25.00 per hour
Scope of Work:
Installation and maintenance of copper pipework
Hot and cold water drainage systems
Working to commercial plumbing specifications and safety standards
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card - Blue or Gold level preferred
Asbestos Awareness certificate
Strong experience in commercial plumbing (minimum 2+ years ideal)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
