Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £60,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Location: South West London / SurreyOverview:
We're looking for two experienced Commercial Gas Engineers to join a well-established and growing team. The role will involve servicing, breakdowns, and small works installations across a range of commercial and domestic heating systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned service and maintenance work on commercial and domestic combustion appliances (boilers, water heaters, etc.), plumbing systems, and some HVAC equipment.
- Install and replace HVAC appliances, pipework, and plumbing as part of small works projects.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in heating systems efficiently.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records using internal systems.
- Participate in the out-of-hours emergency call-out rota (currently 1 in 6 weeks).
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with commercial and domestic heating systems (installation and maintenance).
- Commercial Gas Safe certification is essential.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and pipework installation.
- Ability to write RAMS and Safe Systems of Work.
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and customer service focus.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Enhanced DBS required (for work within schools and colleges).

Additional Information:

- Call-out rota: 1 in 6 weeks (weekday out-of-hours and weekends)
