Construction Visualisation and 4D Planning

Location: Hybrid / Remote (UK)

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Our client is an award-winning construction visualisation company specialising in construction animations, 4D sequencing, logistics planning and visual communications. They work with many of the UK's and US's leading contractors, helping them win projects through compelling visual content for tenders, client presentations and stakeholder engagement.

As demand continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Client / Project Manager to become the vital link between their construction clients and their internal team of animators and 3D modellers.

The Role

You will manage multiple construction visualisation projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery.

Working directly with contractors and bid teams, you will gather project information, chair client meetings, coordinate our client's production team, and ensure every project is delivered on time and to an exceptional standard.

You will become the client's primary point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, effective coordination and an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, coordinating information between clients and our client's animation and modelling teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients and become their primary point of contact.
• Chair and coordinate client meetings, producing detailed meeting minutes and maintaining action trackers.
• Manage project programmes, deadlines and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Identify potential programme risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery.
• Liaise closely with animators, 3D modellers and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly understood.
• Monitor project progress and keep clients regularly informed throughout each stage of production.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and to the exceptionally high standards expected by Tier 1 contractors.

About You

Our client is specifically looking for someone with a construction background who understands the pressures of tender submissions and live project delivery.

• Ideally, you will have experience in a Bid Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Manager or similar client-facing role within the construction industry.
• A strong understanding of the construction industry and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Confidence in leading client meetings and building long-term relationships.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service.
