BIM Technician - Brickwork Contractor (Essex)
Join a well-established brick and blockwork contractor with over 30 years of experience in the commercial and residential sectors. We are looking for a talented BIM Technician to become part of our growing design team and help deliver an expanding pipeline of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and manage accurate 3D models and technical drawings using BIM software.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure effective project coordination and delivery.
- Support the planning, design, and documentation stages of construction projects.
- Respond to evolving project requirements, contributing to problem-solving and innovation within the team.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in a BIM or CAD-based role.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs.
