Job description
EliteHire Solutions are looking for an Assistant Electrical Estimator & Pre-Construction Manager to join a growing electrical contractor supporting projects across commercial, industrial, renewables and high-end residential sectors.
Ideal for a hands on electrician ready to step off the tools or a junior estimator / graduate wanting to build a long term pre-construction career.
The Role
• Prepare accurate electrical estimates and tender submissions
• Review drawings, specs and scopes
• Carry out take-offs and obtain supplier/subcontractor quotes
• Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings
• Support design development and technical submissions post-award
• Work closely with directors, engineers and contracts teams
• Help shape cost-effective, buildable solutionsWhat We're Looking For
• Electrical site experience or relevant qualification/degree
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations and regulations
• Confident with Excel and estimating tools
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn
• Full UK driving licencePackage
• Salary up to £40k
• Hybrid working (1 day WFH)
