Location: South London, Surrey, Home Counties and surrounding areas (ideal candidates located between South London and Burgess Hill)
Salary: £10.85 per hour
Apprenticeship Duration: 24 Months
About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and practical individual to join a growing company within the Fire & Security sector as an Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative.
This role offers a structured 2-year apprenticeship programme, providing hands-on experience in property maintenance alongside specialist training in Passive Fire Protection. Following a successful probationary period, the successful candidate will begin working towards recognised qualifications and certifications within this highly sought-after sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out minor property maintenance works.
- Assisting with repairs and remedial works.
- Making good following installation and maintenance activities.
- Supporting experienced engineers and operatives on-site.
- Learning industry best practices within the Fire & Security sector.
- Undertaking training and qualifications in Passive Fire Protection.
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.

- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
