Job Title: Mechanical Fitters (x3)
Location: Shotton Mill, Deeside
Start Date: 27/10/2025
Duration: 6 Months
Hours: 10-hour shifts
Vacancy Reference: 36597We are currently seeking three experienced Mechanical Fitters for a 6-month project at Shotton Mill in Deeside, commencing on 27th October 2025.
Role Overview:
As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for a variety of installation and maintenance tasks, including:
- Fabrication and installation of steelwork
- Small bore pipework installation
- Fitting of brackets and support structures
- Installation and maintenance of pumps and valves
This is a hands-on site-based role suited to individuals with a strong mechanical background, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card (essential)
- Proven experience in a similar mechanical fitting role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good knowledge of mechanical assembly and industrial plant environments
- Reliable and safety-conscious with a positive attitude
PPE:
- Standard Hi-Vis PPE required (to be worn at all times on site)
Rate:
- Competitive rates (Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications)
