Duct Fitters & Duct Mates Required - Hemel Hempstead
Role: 3 Duct Pairs
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Start Date: 17th August 2026
Duration: 3 Months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:00
Break: 30-minute lunch break
Paid Hours: 8 hours per dayWe are currently looking for 3 experienced Duct Fitter & Duct Mate pairs to join a project in Hemel Hempstead, starting Monday 17th August 2026.
This is a 3-month contract offering consistent Monday-to-Friday work, with 8-hour working days and competitive hourly rates.
Rates
- Duct Fitter: £28.00 per hour
- Duct Mate: £16.90 per hour
Requirements
All candidates must have the following:
- Valid DBS
- Duct Fitters: Blue CSCS card with Ductwork Installation listed on the back
- Duct Mates: Valid Green CSCS card
- Full PPE
- Own tools
- Relevant ductwork installation experience
- Reliable and able to commit to the full duration of the project
- Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic

Monday to Friday
07:30 - 16:00
30-minute lunch break
8 hours per dayThis is an excellent opportunity for experienced ductwork professionals looking for a long-term project with regular weekday hours.
