Job description
Cornerstone Project Source Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading welding and fabrication specialist for a Temporary Welder Fabricator role in New Milton, Hampshire.
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Temporary
Rate: £18.50 - £20 per hour
Overtime: Paid at 1.3x the regular rate
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Thursday: 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM), with opportunities for additional hours
Duration: Ongoing, long-term (potential to go permanent after 13 weeks, subject to performance)
Location: New Milton, Hampshire
Type of Work: Welding and fabrication in a workshop environmentDuties:
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks as required, ensuring high-quality standards
- Occasionally travel to London and stay away as needed for projects
- Maintain the necessary tickets, including CSCS, and adhere to safety protocols
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in welding and fabrication
- Valid CSCS card
- Familiarity with the necessary tools and equipment for welding
- Willingness to travel and work extra hours as needed
