Job description

Our client, a reputable construction company located in Billericay, Essex, is seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join their dedicated team. This role involves working within a manufacturing environment where precision and craftsmanship are paramount. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using both MIG and TIG welding techniques, with a particular emphasis on aluminium for those specialising as TIG welders. All work will be performed factory-based, requiring a keen eye for detail and excellent technical skills to meet project specifications efficiently and to a high standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced welders looking to utilise and develop their skill set within a professional setting.

• Proven experience in MIG or TIG welding, with a solid understanding of fabrication processes
• Experience with aluminium TIG welding is essential for TIG welder applicants
• Previous factory-based welding experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce work of a high standard
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
