Job description

A leading principal contractor is currently looking for a contract Senior Site Project Manager to oversee structural steelwork and mechanical plant installation on a major project in North London.

Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + expenses
Contract: 6-18 months
Hours: Monday - Friday (45-50 hours per week)

Duties:

• Managing and coordinating structural steelwork and mechanical plant installation
• Overseeing a site team of 40-50 operatives
• Ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of a business-critical, project-specific programme

Requirements:

• Proven experience in structural steelwork and/or mechanical plant installation
• Demonstrated ability to manage large site teams (40+ operatives)
• Ability to engage on either a direct or self-employed basis
