📊What you'll do:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Projects team, managing large-scale landscape construction projects across London. This is a high level commercial role where you'll take full responsibility for ensuring financial performance, accurate reporting, and the successful delivery of high-profile projects.

📊What You'll Do:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Oversee the financial management of major landscape construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Prepare accurate monthly valuations, forecasts, and cost/value reconciliations.
- Negotiate variations and contractual changes with clients and subcontractors.
- Lead procurement activities, including subcontractor selection, material sourcing, and scheduling.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date commercial records and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Commercial Manager, and client-side QS to deliver projects on time and within budget.
👤About You:
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Minimum 5 years experience in quantity surveying.
- Proven track record on large-scale construction or landscaping projects.
- Strong technical skills.
- Self-reliant, organised, and commercially astute.
- Professional, grounded personality with strong communications skills.
Desirable:
- A degree or professional qualification accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), or equivalent experience.
- RICS membership (Chartered or Associate).
- Experience mentoring junior surveyors and working closely with procurement teams.
