Job description
Cornerstone Project Source Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading structural steel and architectural metalwork specialist for a Permanent Project Manager in Central London, England. You will oversee high-profile projects, managing 2-3 sites at once, from initiation through to completion.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
Employment Type: Permanent

Type of Work: Project management of high-profile structural steel and architectural metalwork projects across 2-3 sites at once
Duties:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage 2-3 sites at once
- Develop and maintain project programmes
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure project specifications and requirements are met
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders and progress reports
- Mentor and guide junior project team members
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in project management
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in the fit-out or staircase/structural steel industry
