Job description
Job Purpose:
We are currently seeking two experienced Plumbers to join a long-term residential project in Hilbourne, Poole. This role will involve full plumbing installation and commissioning tasks associated with modern heating systems, sanitaryware, and waste systems. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring the mechanical installation is delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with current building and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of Uponor heating pipework from Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) to hot water cylinder
- Heating pipework connection to underfloor heating (UFH) manifolds
- Installation of ASHP units
- Installation of hot water cylinders and associated accessories including expansion vessels, pumps, valves, and other control components
- Hot & Cold-water system piped from central manifolds
- Copper transitions where required
- Pipework connections to towel rails
- Installation of sanitaryware
- Installation of PVC waste pipework
- Installation of PVC soil vent pipe (SVP) stacks
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar plumbing roles on residential or commercial builds
- Ability to work independently and interpret technical drawings
- Full set of hand tools and basic power tools
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Blue or Gold CSCS
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3
