Mechanical Project Manager - HVAC / Mechanical

Location: M8, Central Belt corridor
Base: Glasgow

Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience, plus car allowance £7,800

The role:

We're recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to lead delivery of HVAC / mechanical projects across commercial premises (managing agents, retail, offices). This is not a building-site/construction site environment - you'll be managing live environments and coordinating subcontractors to deliver safely on time and on budget.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage multiple mechanical/HVAC projects across the Central Belt (often running concurrently)
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, programmes, RAMS and site activity
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and H&S best practice
• Oversee quality, progress, client communication and handover
• Track costs and reporting (projects typically up to £750k)

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' experience in a Project Manager role within Mechanical / HVAC
• Strong knowledge across full HVAC spectrum (AC, ventilation, heating)
• Confident managing multiple subcontractors and multiple live projects
• Mechanical trade qualifications essential
• CSCS / SMSTS not required but advantageous
• Familiarity with project/technical software (e.g., AutoCAD/BIM) advantageous
• Full UK driving licence

• Car allowance: £7,800
