They are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with specialist knowledge in ductwork systems to join their team and manage mechanical projects from initial enquiry through to final handover.
Key ResponsibilitiesSkills & Experience Required
Manage ductwork installation and fabrication projects from concept to completion.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Oversee site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance and efficient workflow.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate resources, materials, and subcontractors.
Provide technical input and problem-solving expertise throughout project lifecycles.
Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Ensure all works are delivered to the highest quality standards and within agreed timescales.
Conduct site surveys, attend project meetings, and maintain strong client relationships.
Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAMS, progress reports, and handover files.
Desirable Qualifications
Proven project management experience within the mechanical services sector, with a strong focus on ductwork systems.
Solid understanding of HVAC and ventilation system installations and associated regulations.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Strong commercial awareness and budgeting capability.
Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
Full UK driving licence.
