Phoenix Gray is proud to represent our client, a reputable construction company based in Southampton, Hampshire, who is currently seeking a skilled Mastic Applicator. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for applying mastic in various external applications, including expansion gaps and around windows, to ensure optimal durability and aesthetic finish. You will be working on a large-scale commercial building site, contributing to projects that demand precision and quality in mastic work. Your expertise will play a critical role in the project's success and overall construction integrity.

• Valid CSCS card is essential
• Proven experience as a Mastic Applicator, specifically in external mastic applications
• Familiarity with handling mastic for expansion gaps and external window installations
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
• Team player with good communication skills
