Phoenix Gray Rec is proud to partner with a leading construction company in Watford, Hertfordshire, in search of a dedicated and skilled Labourer. As a vital part of the construction team, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve general labour duties, site maintenance, and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed. To excel in this position, a valid CSCS card and an IPAF license are essential, and experience using a drill will be highly advantageous. We are seeking an individual who is not only proficient in their work but also demonstrates reliability and commitment to delivering quality results.

Key Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card
• Current IPAF License
• Previous experience as a Labourer
• Experience with using a drill is desirable
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
