Job Title: Junior Air Conditioning Engineer - Installation
Location: Covering Surrey & London
Job Type: Full-Time | PermanentAbout the Role:
We're looking for a Junior Air Conditioning Engineer to support a range of installation projects across Surrey and London. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years' experience or a newly qualified engineer looking to grow their skills in a supportive, professional environment.
You'll be working on the installation of various AC systems across a range of commercial and residential projects, gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of air conditioning systems (including split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF units).
- Support senior engineers on-site and follow detailed installation plans and specifications.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are prepared and available for daily tasks.
- Adhere to health & safety regulations and site procedures.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service at all times.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and communicate effectively with site teams.
Requirements:
- Some experience in AC installation (ideal but not essential if recently qualified).
- F-Gas Certification (2079) - essential.
- NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or working towards).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced engineers.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
