Job description

Phoenix Gray are seeking a skilled Contract Handy Person/Multitrade to join a reputable construction company based in Harrow, London. This role offers the opportunity to work on social housing refurbishment projects, predominantly focusing on bathrooms and kitchens. You will be responsible for performing basic carpentry tasks, making good and snagging work to ensure quality finishes. The position is suitable for someone with a versatile skill set, capable of handling various trades and contributing to the smooth running of refurbishment sites. For the right candidate, this is an ongoing opportunity with consistent work in a dynamic environment. A driving licence would be advantageous, facilitating easier site access and transportation of tools and materials.

• Proven experience in Multi-Trader or Handyperson roles, preferably within social housing or refurbishment projects
• Basic carpentry skills, including making good and snagging work
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on site
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Driving licence preferred but not essential
