Overview
We are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor in Leeds to oversee on-site electrical delivery across a busy portfolio of projects in the region.
This role suits someone who leads from the front, keeps standards high, and runs a well organised site. You will coordinate labour and subcontractors, drive safe working, and keep programmes moving while maintaining strong quality control throughout.

They are known for running structured sites, backing their supervisors, and maintaining high standards across safety, quality and communication.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervising electrical installation works on live projects across the region
- Managing electrical labour and subcontractors, coordinating day-to-day site activity
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to specification
- Delivering toolbox talks, briefings, and maintaining strong on-site standards
- Coordinating with project managers, other trades, and site management to keep work fronts moving
- Planning materials, plant, access and permits ahead of works starting
- Managing snagging, quality checks, and supporting commissioning readiness
- Keeping clear site records, progress updates, and reporting issues early
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience supervising electrical works within building services or construction
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation standards and on-site best practice
- Ability to lead teams, maintain productivity and keep order on site
- ECS / CSCS card (essential)
- SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent) preferred
- Full UK driving licence
