We're working with a well-established building services contractor to find a confident Electrical Estimator for their Wigan office. What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing accurate electrical estimates for tender submissions
  • Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and scope documents
  • Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing
  • Identifying risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities
  • Supporting bid submissions and attending tender meetings when required
  • Collaborating with pre-construction and operational teams

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the M&E or building services sector
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices
  • Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and tender documentation
  • Solid commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Relevant electrical qualifications or trade background preferred
