Job description

A leading contractor is currently looking for a Demolition Supervisor for projects around Oxford, Oxfordshire. This is a permanent position (subject to a successful initial period) for a candidate looking to grow with an established team.

Start Date: February
Salary: Up to £25 per hour PAYE
Contract: Temp to Perm
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Duties:

• Running demolition sites including soft strip, cut and carve, and full demolition projects.
  
• Supervising teams ranging from 1 to 30 operatives depending on project scale.
  
• Ensuring all work is carried out to high safety and quality standards.
  
• Managing site resources and reporting on project progress.
  
• Working to your strengths with opportunities for further professional development and training.
  

Requirements:

• CCDO Gold Card is highly preferred.
  
• Candidates with CSCS and SSSTS will be considered if they have significant demolition experience.
  
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the demolition sector.
