Job description
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Chiller Engineer to join our client's growing team. You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault finding, and some commissioning of water and commercial chillers, as well as working on split, VRV, and VRF systems. This is a mobile role, requiring travel to various sites, ensuring clients receive top-quality service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults on a range of water and commercial chillers
- Carry out routine maintenance and servicing
- Work with split, VRV & VRF systems
- Assist in commissioning of new equipment (advantageous)
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support
- Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and safety regulations
Key Requirements:
Qualifications: NVQ/C&G Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of chiller systems
- Experience in fault finding and diagnostics
- Competence in commissioning (advantageous)
Other Requirements:
- Clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Willing to travel across various sites (20 miles within Bristol)
- DBS check required
- Computer literate - able to use a tablet for reporting & diagnostics
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude
