Job description
A leading architectural metalwork and staircase specialist is currently looking for a contract Assistant Site Manager to oversee feature staircase installation and manage day-to-day delivery on a major campus project in Oxfordshire.
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £250 - £280 per day
Contract: 4 - 5 months
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Parking: Available on site
Duties:
- Overseeing staircase installation works on site
- Managing snagging through to sign-off
- Producing weekly packs and site reporting
- Preparing and reviewing method statements
- Coordinating site logistics
- Data scope work
- Supervising a team of 10 operatives, reporting into the Site Manager
Requirements:
- SMSTS (Essential)
- First Aid (Preferred)
