Job Advertisement: Air Conditioning Pipefitter
Location: Nord Centre, Aberdeen
Start Date: Monday, 2nd June
Assignment Duration: Approximately 6 weeks
Hourly Rate: £23.00
Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:30, Monday to FridayWe are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Pipefitter for a short-term assignment based at the Nord Centre in Aberdeen. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to contribute to a well-organised and focused project within a supportive team environment.
Job Description:The role involves the installation of pipework specifically designed to support Toshiba split units. The work will take place within offshore 20ft container units, which are being prepared and outfitted for future deployment.
You will be responsible for:
Requirements:
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Measuring, cutting, and fitting pipework with a high degree of accuracy.
Ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations and project quality standards.
Collaborating with other trades on-site to ensure timely completion of tasks.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
Additional Information:
A valid Blue CSCS card.
Proven experience in air conditioning pipefitting, ideally with previous experience working on similar container or modular projects.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
While all qualified candidates will be considered, local labour is preferred due to the short-term nature of the role.
All tools and PPE should be brought by the successful applicant unless otherwise arranged.
