Job Opportunity: 2 x Laggers Needed in Derby

Location: Derby, UK
Start Date: 18th August
Duration: 3 Weeks
Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 17:30 (10-hour day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and a paid 20-minute tea break)

Friday: 07:00 - 12:30

Rate: Negotiable - Competitive rates offered based on experience and qualifications

Scope of Work:

We are currently seeking 2 experienced Laggers to join an active site in Derby for a short-term project. The work will involve:

Thermal insulation of spiral ductwork using Rocklap insulation

Installation of aluminium cladding on circular ductwork

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to contribute to a fast-paced, safety-conscious project with a reputable contractor.

Required Certifications & Experience:

Valid TICA Blue Card

IPAF license - essential for working at height and access via MEWPs

Proven track record of lagging and cladding work on HVAC systems or similar

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines

PPE Requirements:

Standard Hi-Vis PPE must be worn at all times

Applicants must bring their own basic hand tools

Additional Notes:

No Lodge or Travel Allowance available - local candidates preferred
