Job Title: 2 Laggers - Barnstaple

Duration: Initially 3 weeks, with potential for extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts
Pay Rate: Approximately £30 per hour (depending on experience and suitability)Role Overview
RHL is currently seeking two experienced and reliable Laggers for an upcoming project based in Barnstaple. The role is set to begin on 9th June and will run for an estimated duration of 3 weeks. However, for the right candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability, there is potential for ongoing or longer-term work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company and be part of a skilled site team working on a key industrial or commercial project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of foil-faced pipe sections to a high standard
- Cladding work using aluminium (Ali Clad)
- Ensuring all insulation is fitted accurately and in line with project specifications
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines
- Collaborating with other site operatives and adhering to site procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lagger in a commercial or industrial environment
- Ability to install foil-faced insulation and perform Ali Clad work independently
- Must hold a valid CSCS card - Green cards are acceptable
- Must have own tools and be competent in using them
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
- Standard PPE required including Hi-Vis clothing, safety boots, hard hat, gloves, and safety glasses
