Job description

Location: Sheffield (S21)
Assignment: 3rd August - 19th August (Short-Term Cover)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm
Pay Rate: £16.70 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Keystone LS is currently recruiting on behalf of a busy construction company based in Sheffield (S21) for a Temporary Office Administrator to provide short-term office cover from 3rd August until 19th August.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who can quickly integrate into a busy office environment and provide efficient day-to-day administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sending and following up outstanding invoices
  • Processing weekly timesheets accurately
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with client enquiries professionally
  • General office administration and filing
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
  • Assisting with other ad hoc office duties as required

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
  • Construction industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential
