Job description
1x Plumber is currently needed for an ongoing project in Crawley, West Sussex. The role involves carrying out plumbing works within void residential properties for a leading building services contractor.
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £25.00 per hour
Hours: 07:30 - 16:30 (8 hours paid)
Contract: Ongoing
Duties:
- Carrying out plumbing installations and repairs in void houses.
- Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and within set timelines.
- Working independently or as part of a maintenance team.
- Adhering to site health and safety protocols at all times.
- Occasional Saturday work may be available.
Requirements:
- Valid Plumbing JIB Card or NVQ in Plumbing (Essential).
- Full set of hand tools.
- Previous experience in residential maintenance or void property works.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Available to start ASAP.
