Job description

Maintenance Carpenter - Super Prime Residential

• Projects: Central & Greater London (super-prime homes)
• Role: Carpentry (bespoke joinery, cabinetry, flooring, doors) + general handyperson duties (repairs, fittings, painting touch-ups, minor plumbing/electrics)

Requirements: Strong carpentry background with multi-trade skills

• Experience in high-end residential preferred
• Professional, punctual, tidy, and client-facing
• Driving licence & own tools a bonus
• Company Van provided
• Length: Full-time (8am-5pm)
• Call outs will be paid at x1.5 (very unlikely these happen)
• Rates: £200 per day
