Senior Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager (Mechanical Ductwork Ventilation)

Our client is a highly respected mechanical construction contractor delivering complex, multi-million-pound projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Professional to join their leadership team.

The Role
You will be responsible for leading and overseeing multiple mechanical construction projects, working closely with project management teams to ensure successful delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
You will play a key role in project delivery, commercial performance, client relationships, and strategic business growth.
Essential Experience
Applicants must have:
- Extensive experience within the mechanical construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ductwork and ventilation systems.
- Strong understanding of JCT construction contracts and contractual administration.
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager, or in a comparable senior leadership role.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent construction projects.
- A comprehensive understanding of the commercial and financial management of Tier One construction projects and multi-million-pound contracts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor and support project teams.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- A stable and fully checkable employment history.
